**We are seeking a super organised and personable Marketing Coordinator.**

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives to our stores. This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and analytical skills to help us reach our marketing goals.

- Providing support to the National Marketing & Communications Manager in developing & implementing the broader Regional & Local Area Marketing plans and strategies
- Assist in the development and implementation of national campaigns as required.
- Providing support & service to stores as required day to day.
- Most importantly you will manage the Local Area Marketing Assistant to delivery LAM campaigns, which includes;
- Liasing with stores to workshop objectives and suitable tactics
- Event Briefing
- Driving the proofing & sign off process
- Assist with building of marketing comms (EDM’s, & SMS, Paid & Organic Social)
- Maintenance of Internal Local Area Marketing Calendar

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within a Retail Franchisee group - ideal but not essentiall
- A quick learner with a “can do” attitude and ability to multi task
