Abou he role:
As an Associa e Direc or in he Clien Managemen & Execu ion (CME) eam wi hin Corpora e Finance, repor ing o Direc or, CME, your responsibili ies will include covering all aspec s of loan produc developmen, origina ion, execu ion, for a por folio of exis ing clien s as well new o bank oppor uni ies. his involves loan s ruc uring, financial and risk analysis, managing he credi approval process and all elemen s of clien por folio managemen and repor ing.

Clien Managemen & Execu ion (CME) is he Cen re of Credi & Execu ion Excellence wi hin Corpora e Finance, and he broader C&IB business. CME eams work closely wi h CIB Coverage and Produc eams o manage he CIB cus omer por folios.

he eam has highly professional Por folio and Execu ion specialis s across Aus ralia, UK, USA and Asia covering he broad spec rum of Corpora e & Ins i u ional businesses, delivering a wide range of financial solu ions for our cus omers.

CME aims o drive C&IB's performance by leveraging i s diverse alen and meaningful insigh s, wi h an objec ive o op imise he bank's available capi al. CME offers a grea raining pla form for he fu ure leaders of C&IB.

Your key accoun abili ies will include bu no be limi ed o:

- Managing he larger and more complex ransac ions wi hin he CME Direc orship alongside he por folio Senior Associa es and Associa es;
- Providing significan experience inpu and suppor on s ruc uring ransac ions, preparing credi submissions, employing financial modelling where required and making recommenda ions on ransac ions o credi ;
- Driving ransac ions forward whils engaging mul iple s akeholders including Clien Coverage eam, Produc Par ners and clien suppor eams o achieve a seamless clien experience;
- Responsible for oversigh of he risk profile moni oring and compliance requiremen s of each clien por folio wi h he Direc orship; ensuring por folio hygiene is a good s andard;
- A ending in ernal and ex ernal s akeholders' mee ings o suppor business ou comes whils managing por folios and
- Provide regular guidance/coaching o senior associa es, associa es and analys s wi hin he eam.

Abou you:

- succeed in his role, you will be a self-s ar er wi h a s ra egic mindse, who is mo iva ed o succeed in a fas paced, a imes ambiguous and complex environmen and have:

- Ex ensive demons ra ed experience working in a similar role wi hin Corpora e and Ins i u ional
- S rong skills in credi wri ing, ransac ion s ruc uring and documen nego ia ion is essen ial
- Awareness of marke risk rela ed issues (including legisla ion e c.)
- Excep ional communica ion, rela ionship managemen and leadership skills
- Proven abili y in s ra egic planning and execu ion skills
- Advanced analy ical/numerical skills and a en ion o de ail wi h regards o he cus omer reques /borrowing purpose, risk assessmen, financial modelling/analysis and documen a ion knowledge
- Professional or Pos gradua e qualifica ions preferred bu no necessary (generally CA, CPA, MBA or Mas ers)
