**Responsible for driving our Sales Support Representatives to excel across a variety of customers including Chain Grocery, Independent Grocery and Pharmacy**
This position reports into National Field Operations Director and is based in Sydney, NSW.

**What will you do**
The State Field Manager - NSW is responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of dedicated Sales Support Representatives
- Planning of territories to ensure the team achieves all calls rates and coverage metrics
- Ensuring promotional compliance, display activity and planogram implementation is successfully executed across the team
- Key Responsibilities

- Partnering with National Field Operations team to achieve targets.
- Driving activity to achieve set KPIs.
- Analysing and reporting on account planning information via the sales reporting system.
- Systems include - Perenso, Trax, and Tableau.
- Establishing and maintaining networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification Profile:
- A strong leader, ideally with field merchandising or field sales experience.
- Curious with strong problem-solving mindset.
- High learning agility and ability to embrace change.
- Excellent communication skills; and a collaborative, results-orientated style and approach.
- A willingness to champion innovation with passion and tenacity.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate technical information.
- Must hold a valid current drivers’ licence with proven safe driving record.
- Tertiary Education is not a pre-requisite but is well regarded.
