Who we are looking for
Reporting directly to the Head of Investment Operations APAC ex Japan, you will be responsible for providing support for oversight of all middle-to-back office functions undertaken by Investment Operations, support day-to-day controls including cash flows accuracy, position reconciliation and prompt response to ad-hoc operation-related queries.

What you will be responsible for
As Portfolio Services and Oversight Manager you will- Accountable for providing accurate and timely operational support across all functions, proactively liaising with the business in order to facilitate operational delivery.- Acquire and maintain a good understanding of SSGA’s workflows and operational infrastructure.- Promoting risk excellence, you will assist to provide oversight support of all middle-to-back office activities, while improving efficiency and global consistency.- Assist to manage and further develop staff within Investment Operations team, to build skilled, versatile, diverse and highly efficient operations team.- Work with custodian and portfolio management teams to investigate and resolve any abnormal NAV performance.- Support a culture of effective challenge to evolve operational processes, to drive ongoing improvement.- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as required

Education & Preferred Qualifications- 7+ years of financial industry experience across front, back and middle office systems and services.- Bachelor’s degree or above.- High attention to detail is a must- Strong communications, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
