Manager Business Analysis

The Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis (AO8) to join up until 26 January 2024. Located in Brisbane, this exciting role will directly manage a team of business analysts and provide discipline ownership to all program business analysts located on the IWFM Business Analysis Central Team and IWFM Hospital and Health Service Business Implementation Teams. **Key responsibilities of this role**:

- Lead the scoping and priority setting of business requirements, including large and/or complex changes as they pertain to the IWFM Program.
- Using the existing methodology, drive the business requirement gathering process across a broad stakeholder group, identifying required stakeholder input to ensure the IWFM Program solutions are robust and fit-for-purpose.
- Provide expert advice in relation to business requirements and lead the development of comprehensive responses, briefs, submissions, presentations and reports to influence the development of sound IWFM solution architecture.
- Provide expert advice to support the IWFM Program including in relation to the SAP myHR and Workbrain rostering solution and any other activities required by the IWFM Program.
- Plan and lead the business cutover process for go-live implementations in coordination with the system technical cutover management and team.
- Oversee and set the direction for business process changes to take advantage of implementation of the IWFM SAP myHR and Workbrain rostering solution.

**Qualifications, registrations and other requirements**:

- While not mandatory, professional and or tertiary level qualifications in areas such as information technology, business analysis or project management would be well regarded.
- Service delivery experience in a large, diverse and complex operating environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel intra-state is a requirement of this role.
- Please note this is a position within the Department of Health and the Public Hospitals Fringe Benefits Tax exemption cap does not apply.
