**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
As the Digital Communications Adviser, you will produce and deliver content on all digital platforms used for communications and engagement activities.

You will:

- foster a service culture that focuses on business needs, delivering outcomes, and user satisfaction
- act as a brand ambassador, ensuring content adheres to our value proposition and our regulator voice and tone
- support the development and maintenance of a design system and encourage its adoption across the organisation
- utilise clear, communication styles suitable for digital platforms
- partner with the business to ensure all platform communications support the user experience and enhance usability and engagement
- write clear and concise copy and micro copy across platforms including labels and navigational elements, notifications and alerts, and page content
- ensure content is aligned with Australian Government style and best UX practices
- manage multiple tasks in an Agile working environment without compromising quality.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in this role, you will support the Senior Digital Communications Adviser to deliver engaging communications across a range of digital platforms. You will partner with key stakeholders to offer communications advice and provide copy, videography, imagery and content solutions.

Your background will demonstrate your:

- experience in a digital marketing or communications role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce end-to-end tailored content
- proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite with strong design and video production/editing skills
- knowledge of the Australian Government Digital Service Standard, WCAG and SEO principles
- experience working as part of a project team, including DevOps, in an Agile environment
- proficiency with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and Google Analytics
- analytical skills and ability to demonstrate measurable results.

Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified in Communications, Marketing, Business or similar.
