Based in Newcastle and reporting to the Digital Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the DSM and wider sales team, managing bookings and campaigns, forecasting and sales reporting, and developing new collateral and resources to support our growth.


As a Digital Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Running all relevant 7Digital insights reports and updating sales collateral at the start of each new month.
  • Forecasting and inventory checking for all 7Digital proposals and bookings.
  • Liaising directly with accounts teams to setup new 30day accounts, cashupfront accounts, generate proformas, and assist with invoicing queries across 7QLD & Prime
  • Monitoring Daily Sales Report & communicating with Campaign Managers to optimise live campaigns
  • Booking and setup of all 7Digital campaign in Operative
  • Managing & overseeing the campaign setup, management and delivery of all planned and booked client activity.
  • Designing new templates and preparing proposals for the team to present in market
  • Preparation of sales and revenue reports using various systems
  • Ensuring all stakeholders (both internal and external) are aligned to deliver and exceed expectations with a view to achieving repeat business.
  • Administration support to DSM

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment whilst demonstrating persistence and patience on a daily basis.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy on all communication and presentations
  • Selfmotivation and able to work efficiently to set priorities and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  • A passion for media, digital marketing and/or advertising
