**Role Description**

We’re looking for an Associate Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across our Aviation Sector. This includes both building and civil projects.

Located in our Melbourne Airport office, you’ll be responsible for 2-5 projects, ranging from $5m - $400m in value.

You’ll also have team leadership responsibilities, and will oversee:

- The management of PMs and Senior PMs, including project performance and client engagement.
- The end-to-end delivery of building and infrastructure projects.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders and clients and/or win work.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants, including managing the construction process in complex environments.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have demonstrated experience as a Project Director or Associate Director in the Aviation (Airport) sector. This could include working for an airport itself, or for a Consultancy who services the Aviation sector.

You’ll also need:

- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients, team members and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage up and down - leading your team of direct reports, as well as updating the Director, National Director and CEO as appropriate.
- High attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset. Relationship building is crucial in this role.
- A willingness to grow the team and support the Director, whilst delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
- A desire to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Building, Design, Engineering or related discipline.
