**Position Objectives**:

- To provide a service of excellence in a customer service capacity including responding, advising, and confirming bookings for various venues and gatherings across the municipality.
- Assisting with the promotion of community facilities managed by the Community Centres and Venues Team.
- To support the organisation's commitment to a customer focused culture which has a focus on placing the customer at the centre of everything the organisation does.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant qualification and/or experience in Administration and Bookings.
- Experience in managing data bases.
- Experience in providing a high level of customer service to a broad range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Experience with facility booking software is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Current driver's license, Working with Children Check (employee), Police Check and Medical Check are required.
