We are currently looking for a RTW & EHS Coordinator in Dandenong, who is looking for the next step in their career, This is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent and explore other opportunities in Alstom

**We’ll look to you for**:

- Support the EHS Project Manager to prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans.
- Cooperate with the internal resources to achieve EHS objectives.
- Support the Project EHS Manager to perform EHS Risk Assessment and to define appropriate measures to control risks.
- Develop Project EHS Management System
- Support the Project EHS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO45001).
- Assist the Project EHS Manager to ensure compliance of the project activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines and work instructions.
- Participate in the implementation of the project EHS training programs by providing EHS inductions and ensuring Toolbox meetings are organized.
- Support the preparation of monthly EHS reports.
- Will ensure the EHS reporting system is in line with group reporting requirements and under control by Project EHS manager.

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering is preferred.
- Australian recognised Health & Safety Qualification is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in Environment, Health & Safety
- Working experience in a role which consisted of Return to Work responsibilities is required.
- Recommended experience for projects
- Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001
- Knowledge of local legal EHS requirements.
