The Capex Manager is responsible for investigation and execution of Investment projects for the manufacturing site, including all new plant, equipment, infrastructure and any upgrades to existing facilities.

They will be in charge of the site capex process administration by coordinating activities with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
- Collate investment requirements and opportunities from all site functions, needs and wants for operational and EHS benefit.
- Analyzes and selects the best technical and manufacturing process solution for company needs.
- Support the Sourcing team in finding the best price for required functionality and/or service available on the market.
- Collaborates with Operation on production start-ups linked with executed CAPEX projects.
- Plans and ensures execution of Capex projects deliverables within agreed-upon timing and budget.
- Conducts regular project team meetings. Regularly presents project status and elevates issues to management when necessary.
- Manage CAPEX process administration such as CAPEX approval, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.

Skills and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Project.
- Manufacturing and/or Engineering experience.
- Project Management experience an advantage.
