The Opportunity
If you’re an excellent communicator who has knowledge of CPQ configuration, database and API technologies coupled with demonstrated ability to manage large sets of metadata and a highly flexibly mindset this could be the role for you This is an exciting opportunity to join a tight knit fast paced team as Catalogue Analyst This role can be based out of our Melbourne or Sydney office.
What you’ll be doing day-today
- Develop the Telflow CPQ configuration according to detailed specifications provided within the product and pricing catalogue.
- Defines and executes unit test cases against all configuration changes made.
- Executes peer reviews and peer testing on changes made by other team members.
- Contributes to support in form of actioning assigned tickets.
- Participates and recommends changes to processes and methods to improve the overall catalogue management function.

What you’ll bring to the role
- A technical bachelor’s degree (i.e. Information Technology, Engineering)
- Knowledge of Telflow CPQ platform (Configure Price Quote).
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage large sets of metadata.
- Willingness to understand telecommunication products and the charging models that accompany.
- Strong knowledge of database and API technologies to inject and retrieve data.
- Experience working in agile team and works well to Deadlines set and a willingness to set them directly.
- Strong written communication skills to support design deliverables.
- Capable of assigning work to resources and supporting them in delivery.
- Monitors Progress and Follows-up proactively.
- Provides Respectful Feedback and escalates where necessary.
- Analyses & identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize.
