**The role**:
Providing comprehensive administrative support both on site and in the office, our Weighbridge Operator will ensure exceptionally and friendly customer service to customers and external stakeholders.

**Your every day**:

- Input data accurately into the Wastedge system.
- Verify that the waste ID provided by the client aligns with the EPA waste tracker portal.
- Record daily pre-start activities, gather necessary documents, and scan HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) documents for sharing on the Sycle workspace.
- Organize and file documentation received from site supervisors into designated folders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and external stakeholders.

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience providing effective customer service focused on resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of CoR laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
- Experience working within strict safety protocols, legal guidelines, policies and operational schedules.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in planning and organising tasks efficiently, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
