**ABOUT THE BRANCH**

Strategic Contracting Branch is responsible for the establishment, implementation and management of a variety of non-ICT Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) strategic procurement arrangements. The Branch is also responsible for re-tendering of the arrangements. The arrangements increase efficiency and reduce costs for entities, and include:

**OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking high-performing and enthusiastic people to be part of our growing team to assist with managing large scale, complex contracts that support the day-to-day workings of Commonwealth entities.

As a Strategic Contract Manager you will be responsible for:

- Support the administration of Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) panel arrangements, including performance management, reporting and pricing reviews
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive work relations and the resolution of issues
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of draft documentation intended for a range of stakeholders including Ministers, Senior Executives, internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse data with the assistance of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools, or similar automated processes, AusTender and/or DS4P
- Identification of risks and management of contract risk register (and all other contract management registers)
- Represent Finance at meetings with external stakeholders.
