We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Officer to join our team at Defence Force Recruiting (DFR). As a key member of our Directorate of Business and Contract Management (DBCM), you will play a critical role in managing complex contracts and ensuring compliance with Defence policies and legislation.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of Defence Panel Arrangements and procurement processes. You will be responsible for managing contracts, providing advice to DFR, and engaging with clients and stakeholders to resolve complex contract management issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contracts for the Creative Advertising and Digital Services (CADS) contract, the Market Support Services (MSS) Panel, and the Market Research Services (MRS) Panel.
- Provide advice to DFR on contract usage, outcomes, and reporting.
- Interpret and draft contract documentation, including correspondence, reports, and strategies.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to resolve complex contract management issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Sound skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
