Here At Jefferies, we are looking for a passionate foodie to Join our management team

Jefferies is a boutique provedore located in Croydon Hills and we pride ourselves on stocking a range of both local and niche products that cannot be sourced everywhere.

In this role, you’ll partner with the Department managers in leading the store daily, from assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping others meet and exceed sales objectives. You won’t be in this alone we offer amazing training experiences that will set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching and encouraging your team to give our customers personal experiences that count.

Key Responsibilities:

- Running the store at night as the Main manager
- Handling & balancing tills & cash
- Help Manage daily operations of the store.
- Provide direction and guidance to grocery staff in their assigned job duties.
- Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service for sales growth.
- Develop a positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training of staff.
- Assign daily workload and schedules to your team.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness, safety and appearance at the highest standard.
- Be able to handle customer queries and complaints quickly & efficiently.
- Be aware & take appropriate action with stock rotation.
- Maintain equipment in good working order.
- Ensure standards are maintained in line with business policies and procedures.
- Ensure all food handling and hygiene policies and procedures are adhered to.
