Sales Agent

**Reliance Sunbury** is looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team.

We will train you in everything Real Estate, as long as you have the drive and the willingness to learn and prospect.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Prospecting, including cold calling, door knocking, letter drops, etc.
- Establish, prepare, and send pre-listing kits, with direction
- Pre-settlement and post-settlement client care
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, including assisting with the end-to-end management of all correspondence on behalf of the sales team
- Listing and selling properties, with support
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Skills and experience required**:

- Minimum qualification of Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Experience in real estate is highly preferred, not essential
- Experience in a fast-paced sales driven or call center environment, highly regarded
- Proven experience working towards targets and KPIs
- Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to provide valid Police Check
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
