Job Purpose

As a Field Sales Support Team Leader, you'll embody the Community Fibre brand, engaging with existing customers and new potential clients, and working as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train Door-to-door selling into ever-changing and expanding territories
  • Support and manage Field Sales Agents
  • Support and cover Regional Sales Managers
  • Support and cover Team Leaders
  • Manage and set up training workshops for agents who are underperforming
  • Day-to-day engagement with both existing and potential clients
  • Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Customer expectation management
  • High-quality customer care
  • Ensure compliant selling
Requirements
  • At least 2-year experience in field sales management
  • A passion for technology
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Self-motivated
  • High level of organisation
  • Strong communicator both written and verbally
