**The Role**:
Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Catering Manager to manage day-to-day operations at our Mona Vale Private Hospital

Located 5 minutes away from Mona Vale Beach at our state of the art private hospital you'll be well supported in delivering the best possible service to our lovely patients.

Street Parking available and easily accessible via public transport.

**Roster**:Mon-Fri (8:00am to 4:30pm)

**What This Role Involves**:

- Dual role with responsibilities in food preparation & presentation
- Menu planning & stock ordering
- Management of site & all contract scoped accommodation and catering services (including texture modification and allergies)
- Impeccable client relationship development / management
- Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
- Rostering & recruiting
- Financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costs
- Trade Certificate (or equivalent)
- Similar experience operating kitchens and/or site management
- Food Safety Certification
- Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
- Clear communication ability and good customer service skills
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene

Previous experience working in hospitals will be necessary to be successful in this role.
