As the Digital Producer, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively to deliver customer facing digital products and content experiences for the Qantas group. This role will work in high performing cross-functional digital product teams and be the ‘translator’ between business, technology, product and customer.

You’ll have
- 3+ years of experience working as a Digital / Web / or Content Producer
- Experience working across a wide range of digital projects (content or product)
- Creative skills to oversee the production of quality digital content and/or product
- Ability to develop strategy based on strong research and data analysis or competitive reviews
- Creative skills in copywriting and planning editorial for large scale ecommerce website or online publishing platform including SEO/SEM
- Skills in Adobe platforms, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager highly desirable or equivalent
- Familiarity with analytical tools and sets to produce compelling web-based solutions
- Ability to estimate delivery of digital projects and/or product assessment
- A demonstrated ability to work successfully in a cross functional team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks to meet deadlines and an excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to champion the voice of the customer and genuine interest in driving deep organisational improvements through close collaboration with many cross functional stakeholders
- High level of computer literacy with extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in agile ways of working to communicate with all parties on the delivery of scheduled digital campaigns and product roadmaps.
- Ability to understand the competitive landscape through ongoing analysis of key competitor websites or product categories and translate this into opportunities for iterative development.
- Ability to provide a high level of analytical support and customer insights for the selected digital products, features or content areas for opportunities to enhance development strategy.
- Experience in translating and creation of visually compelling content modules across web, mobile and emerging platforms
- Proven ability to lead, consolidate and co-ordinate the creative work of the designers according to a production brief.
