**About the role**

Are Media is looking for a Digital Content Producer for Australian Women’s Weekly Food (AWW Food), a digital-first brand that celebrates the recipe and food content of this iconic brand. Reporting into the Digital Editor, this role is ideal for someone who has an interest in food and cooking but is also keen to work as digital journalist creating and amplifying content that excites and engages audiences.

**Duties**
- Source and build into a CMS “test kitchen-tested” recipes, ensuring they are optimised for SEO and in line with trends.
- Coordinate content planning with the AWW Food team and the Test Kitchen to build and create seasonal and on-trend digital content audiences want to engage with.
- Create non-recipe food content ideas to drive SEO and e-commerce.
- Work closely with the Digital Editor to implement the content strategy for AWW Food.
- Create and edit social videos as required for posting across key platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Supporting the delivery of commercial and partnership campaigns.
- Using analytic tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, to track content performance and help insights to inform content plans.

**Skills and experience**
- 1-2 years’ digital editorial experience, preferably on a food/lifestyle site or other digital platform.
- Excellent written communication skills, spelling and grammar.
- Experience creating content and publishing on social media.
- Previous experience using a CMS to build content is desirable.
- An understanding of SEO best practice is desirable.
- Being a self-starter and a reliable and respectful team player.
- A demonstrated willingness to learn.
