**The role**
Join a collegiate and dedicated team in this critical leadership role.
This role:
- Leads significant initiatives to improve the delivery of data services, quality, analytics and maintenance.
- Advocates for and manages the continuous improvement of data and systems support services.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, vendors, system users and customers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of data services and governance in Crown Lands.
**What you will bring to the role**
- Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
- Strong vendor management experience.
- Experience in managing and developing operational services and/or project delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management experience.
- Experience in implementing business and operational continuous improvements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges, risks and adapt to evolving situations.
- Understanding of data maintenance, extraction and analysis.
**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Applications, or similar discipline and/or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
