We provide temporary and permanent recruitment for educators in Early Childhood and Schools sectors. Supporting educators from early career through to senior/executive positions.

**Skills and experience**
- Recruitment experience is not a prerequisite, however prior travel to the UK is ideal
- Experience teaching or working overseas (UK or Aus) is ideal
- Demonstrate, lead and drive accountability of our core values and the provision of an exceptional service
- Education market knowledge and experience - ideal, but not essential
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work across different time zones, including Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada and America
- Have a growth mindset and drive to succeed
- Experience of Public speaking and hosting outside of work hours webinars and social events
