This role will be responsible for managing and growing clients' social media presence, driving additional deal-flow and revenue opportunities for the business.

**What do you do?**
- Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms including Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create engaging, relevant, and shareable content to drive organic growth and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in web3, blockchain, AI
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise content and strategies
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain content calendars
- Work closely with the Web3 team to align social media initiatives with overarching web3 strategies and objectives

**What do you need?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- A great sense of humour and creative mindset to content and marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations

**What is Preferred?**
- Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, and AI technologies, with a passion for staying informed on industry advancements.
