My client is seeking a talented Product Manager to join their team in Melbourne. As a Product Manager for Power Generation you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative product strategies that meet the needs of the customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are designed and delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering and design teams
- Create and manage product roadmaps that prioritise development efforts based on customer and market needs
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate product performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and business results

**Profile**

**Key Experience and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will have;
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of IoT and connectivity technologies, processes and digital platforms.
- Deep knowledge of the power generation industry.
- Strong project management and prioritisation with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

**Job Offer**

**What's on offer**

On offer is a competitive base salary of $110,000 + 10.5% superannuation + bonus. You will qualify for reimbursements if any travel is required. In addition, you will have to opportunity to travel domestically, as well as the potential for possible international travel.
