**About the Role**
As the State Coordinator you are responsible for providing administrative support to the State Manager and locations. You will be the first point of contact for handling correspondence and incoming calls at the state office and carrying out a range of general and administrative duties to support the running of the office and local operations.
**What you’ll do**
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence as needed
- Maintaining stock control for all ABG locations
- Dealing professionally with internal and external customers in the course of carrying out duties
- Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence
- Maintain customer register for lost property
- Oversee and maintain state maintenance calendar (PPM)
- Support FNOL processing as required for the region
- Investigate and manage infringement & tolling within the region
- Maintain, update and submit accounting reports as required for the region
- Support Agency and Corporate locations as required
- Support Business Development Manager in Agency and Corporate Location auditing
- Accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.
You also be the support function for the Regions Workplace Health and Safety:
- Maintaining and creating security passes for employees
- Maintain Visitors Register for state office
- Induction of contractors & visitors to state office
- Support annual evacuation drills
- Ensure health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to
- Identify and support measures to eliminate or minimise unsafe acts or conditions
**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience administrative role
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Exceptional communication, customer service & time management
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in the travel, car rental or automotive industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word
- Demonstrated service excellence orientation and commitment to the ABG Vision, Mission and Values
