We are looking for a go-getter **Minecraft Production Coordinator** to join the team and help keep our productions running smoothly. You'll be supporting the CEO with all the nitty-gritty administrative tasks that keep the gears turning, and make sure our productions are as seamless as can be. If you're a pro at multitasking, have an eye for detail, and want to be a crucial part of a dynamic team, we want you

**Who You Are**:

- A Social Media enthusiast (Gaming expertise is highly regarded).

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Identify ways to complete high-level goals efficiently.
- Manage production team to meet deadlines.
- Plan, schedule, direct, and execute production activities.
- Develop cost-effective strategies for best business practices.
- Research competitors in the market and industry trends.
- Ensure quality assurance in the production process.
- Run errands and relay messages to CEO.
- Help prepare sets with lighting, props, cameras, and equipment.
- Maintain timelines to coordinate schedules across production departments.
- On set: organize props according to filming outlines; set up lights and camera gear.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver's license and owns a car.
- Experienced in production coordination, with market/condition knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- High-quality assurance standards.
- Well-organized with good time-management skills.
- Proficient in Minecraft, camera gear, and editing software.
