As we prepare to unveil this exciting new venture, we are seeking an exceptional Community Associate to join our team to curate a seamless, truly remarkable customer experience across all touchpoints from arrival to departure, while maintaining a positive and dynamic team environment.

**What your day to day will look like**:
**_Seamless Synergy_**
- You'll play an essential role within the clubhouse operations team, setting a high standard of service for our clubhouse guests. Being the key point of contact for our flexible workspace, you will embody Hub's ethos in every interaction.
- You'll work synergistically with the Clubhouse Manager, ensuring crystal clear transparency across all daily operations.
- You’ll conduct regular member check-ins, managing renewals and retention. You will do all you can to obtain confidence that your members are thriving and are endlessly satisfied with the space and offerings.
- This role will see you guide prospective members through our luxurious clubhouse. Collaborating with our in house sales team, you’ll play a major part in curating a bustling clubhouse environment.

**_Community Engagement_**
- Through conducting regular member check ins, your uncharted relationship building skills will shine through. As you gain a true understanding of your members requirements and goals - you’ll go above and beyond to uncover how Hub can elevate their working experiences.
- You’ll lead and coordinate clubhouse tours and networking opportunities, curating remarkably memorable experiences every time.
- You’ll establish a rewarding community environment through staying in the loop with member achievements, promoting a culture of celebrating successes.
- Through conducting regular member events, your community will be continually delighted with opportunities to mingle. These include fortnightly wine + cheese nights, boasting only the best locally sourced produce and alternating breakfast club events.
- You bring to the role a harmonious blend of experience, passion, and abilities.
- You have spent 2+ years in a high end customer service environment, with exposure to account management and sales targets.
- You have obtained at least 2 years experience in account management.
- You excel in establishing strong rapport with customers, grasping their unique business needs, keeping a keen eye on new business opportunities.
- You adeptly balance multiple priorities while staying solution-focused.
- Your meticulous attention to detail and superior time management skills will ensure the seamless operation of our new clubhouse.
