Exciting Opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking Office Manager to Join a Private Health Care Organisation

**Your new company**

Are you someone who would consider themselves to be confident, organised, proactive, and has great attention to detail?

I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Office Manager position for a Private Health Care company based in the Inner West area.

**Your new role**
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administration department and staff members
- Assessing Admin Team performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Provide high quality, confidential, administrative service to consumers and staff
- Deliver high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all times
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must be fully vaccinated due to healthcare industry
- Administration/ Office Management experience desired
- Must be Mandarin speaking
- Parking on site
- Sydney Olympic Park location
