- Exp in IR / Unions, HR projects/designing ER solutions, construction/field Exp
- Melb CBD, 6M CONTRACT, $800-$950 per day - Hybrid / Flex / WFH

We have (6 Month Contract)
**Employee Relation Specialist** available.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality ER case management services and to support and coordinate the organisation’s Employee/Industrial Relations initiatives.
The ER Specialist is accountable for the end-to-end management of all case management activities having regard to policy, legislative requirements.
You will be responsible for workplace investigations and management of performance and conduct matters to management of industrial and employment claims and project management of ER initiatives.
**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:
- **5 years ER Experience** in a large complex organisation
- ** Industrial relations experience** (unions etc) essential
- **HR background** or exposure to **HR projects/designing ER solutions**.
- Experience working in construction/field type industries ideal.
- Strong stakeholder management skills deal with exco level leadership.
