About the Role

As the Guest Support Officer, you will drive the implementation of safer gambling initiatives and support valued guests in making informed decisions. Responsibilities include:
Provide empathetic support to guests experiencing challenges related to gambling;
Promote safer gambling practices through proactive communication;
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance safety measures and awareness; and

Rotating roster - $85,000 package - permanent full time.

Skills & Experience

Experience in guest relations, Responsible Gambling programmes, Hospitality, support services, social work, security, education;
Demonstrated ability in developing productive relationships, understanding of applicable laws, regulations, policy, relevant codes, safer gambling strategy and supporting information as they relate to the company;
Open to students who can work full-time or recent graduates looking to join their Safe Gaming team; and

The role requires availability to work across all shifts (morning, day and night).
