LKA Group is a national investigation company** **with thirty years of experience in the industry. We need talented, organised people, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn, to join our Common Law Workers’ Compensation Investigation team.

LKA Investigator criteria:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- The ability to work autonomously and accountably;
- An open mind and a willingness to learn.
For this role, you will need to have:
- a Certificate III Investigative Services
- investigator licence from Victoria Police (or willingness to obtain)
This work will suit people from any profession including, but not limited to, the Legal industry, Construction, OH&S, Journalism, Engineering or HR.
**Here’s what the role looks like**
- You’ll work closely with our friendly, focused, and experienced Investigation Management Team, who are based at LKA’s Carlton office.
- You’ll receive enhanced training to scope and plan your investigations, and in our administrative processes, including the use of our online case management system.
- You will be working as a sub-contractor to take on cases that suit your experience level and location as cases arise.
- You’ll conduct investigations - this includes inspecting, photographing and videoing systems of work or work sites, interviewing witnesses, compiling statements, and gathering documents.
- You’ll prepare comprehensive investigation reports.
