**About the opportunity**

The Business Engagement Lead (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for leading and delivering a continuous supply of locations for the installation of Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

Key to success in this role will be working collaboratively to influence across a range of internal and external stakeholders as well as numerous suppliers. The role requires the ability to be proactive to drive customer and commercial outcomes.

**You'll be **responsible** for**:

- Responsible for providing a continuous supply of install, relocation, replacement ready locations for the installation of new, or redeployment of Australia Post Parcel Lockers
- Liaison between internal and external customer groups engaged in the process of site acquisition and site preparation for Parcel Locker deployments
- Lead the engagement between Australia Post stakeholders and third-party location owners/managers to achieve the execution of all approvals required prior to site preparation for Parcel Locker installation
- Facilitation of the roll out of the Parcel Locker network to third party (non-AusPost) locations; with a significant element devoted to Licensed Post Office (LPO) locations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, e.g. DDA compliance
- Produce and maintain location status plans and schedules
- Keep and maintain records including location plans and site preparation quotations/invoices
- Liaison with the Delivery Point Expansion Service Owner to identify and confirm network coverage requirements
- Liaison with the Delivery Point Expansion Operations Service Manager to ensure new locations are serviceable
- Liaison with the Delivery Point Expansion Deployment Project Manager to coordinate site preparation and Parcel Locker installation
- Regular status reporting to senior management

- Managing conflicting priorities across a wide variety of stakeholders
- Dealing with information gaps and process inconsistencies
