**What you’ll do
As an Executive Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Providing interpretation and advice to senior executive stakeholders regarding remuneration policies, programs and practices;
- Contributing to the preparation of Board and People Committee papers;
- Executive Reward benchmarking (preparation of benchmarking recommendations for senior management roles, including remuneration recommendations and job sizing)
- Executive Reward annual remuneration review activities (data verification, reward letters, MyPlan goals, managing exceptions, system checks)
- Supporting share plan administration activities including ad hoc monthly activities and annual processes (i.e. vesting and allocation of all annual equity awards) Supporting the delivery of all share plan annual offers, documentation, policy review and update

**What you’ll bring
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Prior experience in share plans highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct detailed data analysis while identifying issues and trends
- Be able to effectively interpret and communicate the core executive reward and share plan policies Intermediate to advanced skills in microsoft excel/powerpoint/docs and/or Google sheets/docs
