**The Role**

We are currently looking for a driven Principal Quality Analyst who can use their exceptional quality, communication and coaching skills to collaborate and deliver value and a great user experience that clients love to use. You will also contribute to MYOB’s Quality Analyst community of practice. We work hard to achieve best practice and harness emerging trends and are looking for more exciting people to join the MYOB family.

**The Opportunity**

The Employers domain is responsible for SME Payroll, Superannuation and Workforce Management. We are fast-paced, sophisticated, multi-functional development teams that are responsible for building innovative products across a breadth of tech stacks including Mobile, Web, AWS/Azure and Desktop to help small to medium business owners become more successful. With an agile mind-set and passion for solving problems and building software, you will be empowered to experiment, play and make a difference to our teams our customers.

Working with the Engineering and Delivery Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to create, communicate and lead a clear quality vision and strategy. You will collaborate closely with your delivery & engineering leads, and across the business with other technical leaders. You'll hove a chance to show case your hands-on, leadership, coaching and mentoring skills

You have a superior understanding of agile principles and pride yourself on pushing quality to the left. You enjoy gaining and sharing information with the team and are comfortable with change, and able to adapt as needed.
- Work with your peers to foster innovated QA practices and techniques to support the delivery of quality and valuable customer solutions.
- Coach and mentor the tech leaders within the teams, building the next generation of leaders.
- A keen attention to detail with a steadfast focus is required. The ability to uplifting the development teams around you to embed processes to ensure quality in all aspects of development and migration phases.
- Be the voice of the teams ensuring knowledge flows both from development teams to the broader MYOB tech community and vice versa.
- Use your influencing abilities to help ensure there are consistent and reusable processes, frameworks and tools utilised to enable quality outcomes.
- Work along with Principal Dev, BAs and other stakeholders to build an efficient and quality focused system of work to meet our NZ and Au Payroll products.
- Provide key input on the technical roadmap, identifying components and possible issues that could impede the execution of plans. Work with teams to formulate creative solutions for solving these issues before they become bottlenecks.
- Create programs to train and up-skill QAs on the best quality practices.
- Experience in automated testing techniques and frameworks across the testing pyramid.
- Experience in creating test strategies and managing QAs across different projects.
