**For this role, we will consider how well you**:

- Coordinate the monitoring, evaluation processes and oversight of the collection of data that supports payments to NAPLAN markers, external assessment markers, and other casual employees engaged for testing.
- Monitor timelines, the website and schedules, and contribute to the design, creation, maintenance and improvement of documents and processes to support varying client specifications.
- Coordinate the preparation, printing, distribution and reconciliation of test and assessment materials, alternative formats, and test results to schools.
- Support external marking operations by assisting with off-site administration and liaison between QCAA and internal marking managers and the casual marker pool.
- Be aware of and support high-level security requirements for all testing and examination materials in electronic and paper format.
- Participate in training activities to support your capacity to undertake all elements of the role, and train other members of the External Assessment Operations Unit on aspects of the role for which you possess significant knowledge and experience.
- Contribute to a change management and performance development culture across the unit by participating in regular two-way feedback discussions with your supervisor and colleagues.
- Note: Responsibilities may vary depending on which team you are assigned to at any point in time.
