As we expand our reach into new markets such as the UK and US, we are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager who can navigate the nuances of these markets, contribute to our growth strategy, and build brand awareness.

**Key responsibilities**:
As Sales and Marketing anager reporting directly to our directors, you will:

- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market sales and marketing strategies tailored to each market, focusing on expansion into the UK and US while maintaining a strong presence in ANZ, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- Utilise market research to analyse existing and future customer trends, identifying opportunities for growth and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Discover and implement new ways of reaching people through partnerships, identifying and cultivating strategic alliances with relevant organizations to expand our reach, enhance brand visibility, and build trust within our target audience.
- Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Set clear KPIs and targets, providing ongoing support, training, and coaching to drive performance improvements.
- Work closely and collaborate with the managing directors to track the progress and effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, providing insights and recommendations.
- Monitor monthly KPIs and quarterly OKRs to track progress and drive performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field or at least five years of relevant working experience in lieu of a formal qualification
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and expanding into new markets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

**Benefits**:
