Handle a diverse variety of probity and governance issues that arise internally for this NSW Government Agency.

**About the role**:

- Provide advice to managers and staff on privacy, conflicts of interest, probity, compliance, governance and risk issues.
- Draft and review governance related policies and provide input to other employment related policies
- Manage complaints from members of the public and licensees about privacy, fraud and corruption, regulatory processes
- Draft briefing notes and appropriate responses to correspondence to the CEO and Minister, as required.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent experience in NSW State Government
- Knowledge of governance, probity, privacy, compliance and conflict of interest issues and ability to advise both managers and employees on such issue
