The Cyber Governance & Metrics Analyst is responsible for assisting with AMP's internal processes that provide assurance to our stakeholders that their information assets are appropriately secured.


How you will make an impact

  • Lead monthly governance meetings with senior stakeholders, to ensure they are meeting the Cyber metric targets for their respective portfolios.
The key metrics include but not limited to following:
Vulnerabilities remediation, Pentest findings, Cloud compliance findings, incidents etc.

  • Liaise with Cyber and Business teams to ensure critical patching KRIs and metrics are being met and appropriate risk management activities are initiated for noncompliances
  • Reporting on the Cyber security metrics and Cyber posture at various governance forums in conjunction with monthly governance activities
  • Develop and maintain Cyber security metrics at Operational, Management, Business Unit and Board levels to indicate the degree to which security goals are being met and drive actions taken to improve an organization's overall security program
  • Investigate and address any reporting issues with metric information providers
  • Ensure integrations between ServiceNow, Power BI and various reporting tools for generating metrics

What you will bring to the role

  • Previous experience within information security governance, with specific experience in cyber management reporting and metrics
  • Experience with working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards, Power BI reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite viz. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of vulnerability management and penetration testing concepts and methodology
  • Experience with Information Security and Cyber Frameworks such as ISO 27001/2 or NIST CSF
  • Understanding of security control implementations and their ability to meet control objectives and mitigate risks
  • Knowledge of Australian Prudential Regulation Authority APRA CPS23
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate with and gain the trust of stakeholders throughout the organisation
