**About Us**:
The Office of the ADG is a fast paced, high volume work environment which is in an exciting period of process improvement to deliver a high performing and agile team to support the priorities of HR Branch, and support the ADG.
**Your Role**:
- Oversee the continued development and implementation of quality processes associated with the management of executive correspondence.
- Lead the coordination of executive correspondence within established timeframes and quality standards across HR Branch and the Office of the ADG.
- Provide high level support and advice to the Assistant Director-General, HR Branch on items including but not limited to high level submissions, reports, papers, and complex issues related to financial and human resources.
**About You**:
- Experience working in a similar, high volume and faced paced environment is desirable.
- Experience with a records management system such a Content Manager is desirable.
