**Cyber Culture & Outreach Analyst | NSW- Sydney CBD**

As the Cyber Culture & Outreach Analyst, you’ll enable Allianz Australia to operate with confidence in the effectiveness of its security culture and enhance trust in the Allianz brand. This role fosters a security culture by developing and providing effective cyber security training resources and shapes customer and community cyber safety strategy. You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager Cyber Culture and Outreach.

**Your responsibilities**
- Contributing to Cyber Protection and Resilience process, artefact uplift and support in analytics and reporting.
- Working closely with the Cyber Protection & Resilience team to provide support delivering communications and outreach across cybersecurity domains in the business.
- Managing actions and responses to related audit findings, incident processes and compliance procedures.
- Supporting & facilitating Cyber Protection & Resilience team activities, security culture and team training initiatives.
- Collaborating with our Global Cyber Security community, liaise effectively with Allianz IT and Security Operation teams and contribute towards delivering our Cyber Strategy.
- Assisting in maturing the knowledge of cyber policies, standards and procedures owned by the team and helping to embed these across the organisation.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of a comprehensive Cyber Security Awareness and Training program & delivery of the customer and community awareness program to enhance trust in the Allianz brand.
- Developing, facilitate and report on the Allianz Australia phishing simulation program.

**You should demonstrate**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business, commerce, IT, or security discipline. Hold, working towards, or willing to obtain, a relevant professional certification such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, GSEC, CISA or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
- Analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
- Self-starter, with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Outcome and customer focused with highly developed 'first principles' problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind-set.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
