**The Role**:
We are a well-established Horticultural Business specialising in the establishment and maintenance of high-end gardens. Our small team consists of enthusiastic gardeners servicing both small and large private residential clients in Melbourne’s Inner East.

Flexible opportunities: Full-time, Part time, Casual and Contractors will be considered, all applicants should have a positive attitude, be willing to work hard and a love of gardens is essential.

**Who we want**:
We are looking to expand. We have three levels of experience required.
- Qualified Horticulturist with a minimum of three to five years hands on experience in the gardening or landscaping industry
- Horticulturist - qualification will be highly regarded, one to three years industry experience essential.
- Studying or new to the industry, may not have any formal qualification but a passion for gardening is essential.
- The right people will have a good working knowledge of plants, pests and diseases, pruning techniques and machinery use, irrigation installation and maintenance.
