About The Team

The Advice, Member & Employer Experience team are a key part of CBUS Super's member offering, offering practical solutions and always striving to achieve member satisfaction. In issues surrounding Financial Planning, The Advice Team will link members with affiliate financial planning practices along with case management and support.

About the role

Key responsibilities

A large part of your work will be responding to, advising and resolving queries from financial advisers and their support staff. You will have coordinator input into the implementation of advice strategies, so this is an excellent opportunity to enhance your experience within a strategic advice setting. Part of this strategy will be identifying areas for continuous improvement to maximize Adviser satisfaction, member satisfaction and to mitigate risk.

About you

You will have a good understanding of advice processes and have a technical understanding of superannuation and financial planning.

Your investigation skills, coupled with excellent administrative, consultative, and advisory skills will be key to success. You will also have a good understanding of financial planning strategies, able to develop both internal and external stakeholder relationships. You will be able to adapt to new systems, but experience with Salesforce, Genesys or Tableau would be advantageous.

This role might suit someone who wishes to explore the world of superannuation and/or financial planning in more depth, so perhaps you have career aspirations in this direction.
