**How you’ll make an impact**

North platform growth is a key strategic growth option for AMP with plans to significantly increase cashflows over the next 5 years. This role is accountable to develop and implement a suite of initiatives to help Business Development Managers, New Business Managers, North Training Consultants and especially Advisers and Adviser Support staff use North Online effectively and with confidence.

The key areas of focus are;
- Implement and deliver training to Wealth Distribution to ensure uplift in skills and capability. Supporting our Regional Managers with coaching techniques, developing programs with Head of Enablement to drive sales culture and performance.
- Implement and deliver training on process changes to deepen Wealth Distribution's product and platform knowledge.
- Understand knowledge gaps or upskilling opportunities for Business Development Managers, New Business Managers, North Training Consultants, Adviser and Support Staff.
- Design, implement and deliver (where applicable) training to Business Development Managers, New Business Managers, North Training Consultants; helping advisers and adviser support staff use North Online effectively and with confidence.
- Collaboration with Wealth Distribution, Product and Platform teams to improve quality of help and support material on North Online.
- Gather insights to share with our North Training Consultants to deliver targeted process training with back-office service teams of Financial Advisers.

**Main Focus Areas**:

- Working with the Distribution Go-to-market Manger to manage downstream impact on enhancements and changes within the platform and product.
- Coordinate a structured rollout with the Go-to-Market Manger and Education and events manager
- Strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders; North Operations teams, Wealth Distribution, Technology, Product/PIatform, Advice and ERM.
- Virtual training built and delivered, ensuring it is aligned with training schedules or marketing campaigns for Wealth Distribution.
- Building, training and deploying the training material for North Online, ensuring that the team have the most current material or with the agreed training schedule.
- Provide a wholistic approach to deliver change to Wealth Distribution and North advisers by scoping, estimating, and planning streams of work according to IT/change business requirements, while collaborating with the Go-to-market Manager.
- Collate and review data analysis to target efficiency and support uplift in education or skills for Wealth Distribution and North Advisers.
- Work with our North Service Centre (NSC), North Platform Develop (NPD) and other internal key stakeholder to implement solutions that improve the adviser experience using North Online
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying enhancements, develop solutions and promote best practice through insights and experience.
- Provide SME and technical expertise to our change projects when required.
- Deliver effective education campaigns via webinars, presentations, and online videos (collaborating with NSC and Marketing).
- Support the Distributions skills program through maintaining the program, driving the cultural change, and supporting the Regional Managers to coach for high performance.

- Experience in effectively reporting, interpreting data, and presenting to stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying opportunities to improve and designing solutions.
- Highly desirable:

- Cert IV in training desired.
- Knowledge of North Products and systems
- Experience in leading development projects and implementing change with financial service products.
- Experience in leading face to face or virtual coaching and training.
