**YOUR ROLE**

An exciting opportunity exists for an individual experienced in Inside sales. The ideal person will be working within the SA team in the Adelaide Office, contacting existing customers to achieve budgeted sales and margin targets.

You will be required to
- Maximise the retention of business with existing customers by ensuring products and service continues to meet or exceed the expectations of those customers.
- Expand our share of customers' business with additional products.
- Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets.
- Work with major suppliers when technical information/demonstrations for the customer are required.
- Regularly review customers’ future demand changes so that we proactively liaise with inventory control management in order that we may continuously meet or exceed the customer's delivery expectations.
- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
