We are a boutique accounting and financial services firm specialising in tax planning, self-managed superannuation funds, corporate structuring, financial planning, investments, and mortgage broking. We are located close to the city, just a 5-minute walk from McIver train station and a 10-minute walk from Perth train station.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright individual for a role within our firm. Duties will include general administration and assisting our administration officer and accounting team with tasks such as: answering phones, greeting clients, mail duties and a variety of other duties, including:

- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Mail duties
- Document management
- Updating and maintaining a register of various files
- Other duties as required
- Be well-presented and keen to learn;
- Have a high level of written and verbal English;
- Have a high level of attention to detail and is organised;
- Ideally, be interested in a future in the financial services industry;
- Have experience in Microsoft Office programmes
- Have completed up to year 11 or equivalent;
- Be able to at least 35 wpm; and
- Need to hold permanent residency as a minimum.
