**Your role with us**:
You'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and executing high-impact projects shaping the future of our entertainment ventures.** **Within our Strategy & Growth Team, your role encompasses strategic elements such as corporate development & business strategy execution, operational aspects such as aligning our operational teams with our business objectives and recommending process improvements for operational effectiveness, as well as elements of communication where you will exercise a high degree of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute our strategic initiatives from conception to delivery.

The Strategy team plays a pivotal role in ensuring Easygo remains agile and competitive within our dynamic industry landscape. **What you will do**:

- **Strategic Project Management**: Lead and manage strategic initiatives from conception to execution, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with department heads and teams across EasyGo to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategic initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- **Strategic Planning**: Assist in the development of the company's overall strategic plan and roadmap, providing valuable input and insights. Help set clear strategic priorities and goals.
- **Risk Assessment**: Assess and manage strategic risks associated with initiatives, ensuring comprehensive understanding and mitigation strategies are in place.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives. Regularly review progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

- Proven experience in project management and strategy development within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and departments.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for driving change and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Experience in management consulting, and/or startup/scale-up environments is advantageous
- Experience in the iGaming industry and/or working within complex legal, regulatory, and compliance environments is advantageous
- Sports, Gambling and/or Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Confluence, Jira
