**Clerk Grade 9/10 - Salary $120,859 - $133,183 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.**

**What you’ll do**

Oversee service delivery of the functional specialists within the Business Information Services (BIS) team and manage stakeholder relationships to improve customer focus and service performance.

You will provide leadership and direction to staff including promoting ethical behaviour, creating a safe work environment and maximising performance.

BIS is responsible for providing support to JusticeLink and Online Registry users across NSW.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience mentoring, managing and supporting a team and driving a culture of collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain networks and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Experience devising and implementing quality change communications strategies
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Experience resolving customer service issues and working with the end user to strategically map out system updates and enhancements.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- The ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast paced changing environment.
