**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in directing a team strategically and effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong team and management skills with ability to wear many hats to successfully identify and resolve agency operational issues.
- Combination of strong people skills and strong administrative skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must possess the skills in handling conflict resolutions and grievances within the company and for clients and families.
- Use of analytical software Google Suite, ShiftCare, Bright HR and etc.
- Driver's licence (travelling interstate may be required to visit patients and team members)
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing clinical and personal care operations, focusing on maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the service, helping identify areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
- Contribute to keeping policies and procedures current, ensuring they are accessible and easy for workers to follow.
- Support workplace health and safety by promoting compliance and assisting in risk reduction efforts.
- Help coordinate workforce planning to meet the service's needs effectively.
- Assist with onboarding new team members, conducting probationary reviews, and providing support during their orientation period.
- Respond to feedback and complaints with guidance from senior management, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Address health and safety risks as they arise, with appropriate support and direction from senior staff.
- Monitor equipment and report any issues, ensuring safe and proper use according to procedures.
- Encourage team collaboration and dedication by helping clarify roles and responsibilities and supporting individual performance and growth.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards, including AHPRA regulations and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Respect and uphold privacy legislation and organizational confidentiality requirements when handling information about clients, staff, and operations.
- Foster positive client experiences by supporting individualised care plans and maintaining effective communication with clients and service providers.
