The Opportunity

Cochlear has an opportunity for a full-time Associate Clinical Development Manager based in our Macquarie office. In this role, the successful Associate Clinical Development Manager will contribute to the clinical evidence strategy for a specific product, ensuring the evidence plan supports product approval, patient outcomes, and long-term product success.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide input into Clinical Evidence Strategies and Plans for assigned products to support regulatory approval and product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional colleagues to align clinical evidence plans.
- Conduct literature reviews to clarify and refine evidence needs.
- Create Clinical Investigation Plans with robust study designs and methods.
- Approve study documentation to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice.

Essential:

- Proven experience in clinical research with expertise in study design.
- Minimum 1-3 years in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical study regulations (ISO14155)
- Effective communicator with strong report writing and technical documentation skills.

Ideal:

- Experience in developing essential study documents.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
